Class Descriptions
Class time – Approx. 1hr. 15 minutes. All classes are subject to change based on student participation.
Gentle Flow Series – Let Yoga be your secret weapon for reducing stress and achieving deep relaxation. Enjoy a class integrating slow rhythmical breathing with yoga postures that flow one into the other.
Dynamic Yoga is a yoga flow sequence designed to detoxify, strengthen, and open the Body and calm your mind. Stay with your breath as you build internal heat. Feel Vital energy flow through the body, reconnect to your Center. 1 & 2
Svaroopa Yoga - A therapeutic style of Yoga that uses familiar yoga poses to create a deep opening in the muscles around the spine. When muscle tension releases, the muscle gains in both strength and flexibility. (All levels)*** Pre-Registration required
Iron Yoga – The perfect blend of strength training using light hand weights, with the grace and flexibility of yoga poses combined with breath sequences. (All levels)
Restorative Yoga - An all-levels class intended to refresh the busy mind and invite physical healing through the use of various physical asanas, pranayama
(breathwork), and meditation techniques. This class will teach patience and acceptance, working at ones own pace. Suitable for all students.
Kripalu Yoga 1 – In beginner series you’ll discover the foundation of a practice including: Breathing completely and correctly, learning the alignment of yoga postures and the art of deep relaxation.
