Class Descriptions
Kripalu Yoga 1 - "The Basics"
This class will focus on the foundation of a practice
including: breathing completely and correctly, learning
the alignment of yoga postures and the art of deep
relaxation.
Yoga Core: For individuals who have developed strength and body
balance through former consistent yoga practice.
In this class, core stability and breath are the focus
of this invigorating yoga class. Be prepared to sweat!
Power Yoga 1:
A Yoga flow sequence designed to detoxify,
strengthen, and open the body and calm the mind.
Stay with your breath as you build internal heat and
feel vital energy flow through the body. Students
should have a consistent yoga practice and the basic
knowledge of the Sun Salutations.
Knowing others is intelligence..Knowing yourself is true wisdom.
