I believe that opening our heart is one of the greatest endeavors we can take on, it takes courage to let love in, because it comes with the great risk of getting hurt… but when our hearts are closed it closes us off to the love that is pulsing all around us… so we open our heart for ourselves, for our loved ones (even the ones hard to love) for our community & for humanity come practice letting love lead the way

Public Practice
This is a physical movement practice that helps you build strength and balance. You’ll learn breathing techniques that ease stress and calm the mind. You can expect to move in a slow challenging way. Sequencing will be based on the general abilities of the group.

Maybe groups aren’t your thing. That’s okay. Private 1:1’s will help you learn how to accommodate your unique needs. You’ll receive detailed attention, and we will create a plan to safely progress you toward your goals. So that you can build confidence and understanding.

My classes have bubbly and encouraging energy, I teach creative, challenging, safe sequences, so you can let loose and have fun
When you join a class you’ll learn breathing techniques that calm the nervous system, mobility movements that free up sticky joints and tight muscles, modifications that embrace your unique needs
I welcome beginners to seasoned yogis alike by using inclusive language and detailed cues
