I’m Nicole owner and Lead instructor

I’ve spent the last decade practicing yoga and the last 7 years teaching what I’ve learned.

I’ve found that I love helping active individuals gain flexibility and improve their range of motion.

My classes often focus on dynamic stretching and relaxation techniques so that you can continue doing the things you love.

You’ll learn mobility tips that free up sticky joints, stretches that alleviate tight muscles, breathing, and meditation techniques that balance the mind so that you get a chance to slow down and relax.

I welcome beginners to seasoned yogis alike by using inclusive language and detailed cues

Public Practices will focus on physical movements that enhance mobility.

You can expect to move in a slow challenging manner so that you build a sweat and learn to embrace challenges with confidence.

Sequencing is Hatha-inspired & is based on the general abilities of the group
