Small group class styles
Gentle - You’ll explore mindful movements that are designed to nurture the whole body. Class is taught in a way that is great for beginners so that you can build body awareness and be encouraged to relax and learn more about yoga.
Slow Flow - This practice links shapes together at a slow pace so you can focus on alignment without feeling rushed. Great for those returning to the yoga mat or transitioning from gentle with the hopes of better balance and building confidence.
Strong Flow - This class style is about feeling stronger not going faster. Great for those looking to build strength while still being mindful. You’ll feel energized and we’ll progressively explore shapes that maybe you’ve always wanted to try, I bet you'll surprise yourself with how capable you are!
Release + Recover - This class style is designed to alleviate tight muscles and free up sticky joints great for an active recovery or a stress release most of the class is floor focused. We’ll spend time stretching, use tools and techniques that address the connective tissue to help release muscular knots and stress.
Candle light yin - You’ll meet the studio space with lights off and candles for an ambient touch, make sure to grab or bring all the props; a bolster, blanket, and blocks are wonderful ways to support the body in this practice. We’ll focus on longer holds with support and be invited to practice softening and easing into stillness. This is an incredible way to support and develop a meditation practice.
Just Breathe - This is a new offering on Monday evenings for 45 mintues! This class style is a gentle, low movement class centered almost entirely on just breathing! Ideal for stress relief, nervous system regulation, and is a great pause at the end of the day. Movements are minimal and this practice is suitable for any stage in your yoga journey. You can expect to learn about breathwork and tools to help manage everyday life
