    I am thrilled to announce that Ashley, Lan and Katie will be joining the team to support for the summer and fall schedule.

    Each are incredible individuals that I care for deeply.

    They bring their own approach to yoga that is unique, and most importantly deeply aligned with the values of our community.

    Monday’s 7:15 pm

    Welcome, in my classes, I encourage you to show up as your authentic self and meet yourself where you’re at.

    I’ll provide you with a supportive environment to explore the art and science of yoga; planting seeds of yogic wisdom and tradition, while guiding you through a well-rounded gentle, yet invigorating practice to nourish your mind, body and soul.

    I am a 500 hour registered Yoga Instructor and have been teaching for the last seven years. I am also a certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and hold an MFA degree in Creative Writing and Poetics.

    Slow Flow

    Wednesday’s 7:15 pm

    My classes are for the curious folks that are looking to slow down, manage stress and explore their inner world with compassion.

    I blend gentle flow and yin to create a slow flow style that is mindful and grounding so whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat you’ll feel supported throughout class.

    I am a dental assistant by trade and found yoga eight years ago as a way to support myself, my love for the practice encouraged me to get my 200 hour Yoga certification as a recent graduate I am excited share all that I have learned and am continuing to learn with you. Can’t wait to meet you in-studio soon.

    Movement + Meditation Sunday's 10am

    I discovered yoga seven years ago while looking for a way to help manage my anxiety, now I love helping folks learn about meditation, breath work and the tools that helped ease my anxiety.

    In a hectic world that glorifies being “busy” I love providing a grounded space that let’s you explore what it feel like to just be.

    In my classes we’ll move with a mindful attention to the details so that you can just be in a shape without feeling like more is better. I hope you’ll leave feeling centered, rested, and a little less anxious than when you walked in. Let’s practice together.
