I’m Nicole owner and Lead instructor

For the last decade, I’ve been practicing yoga, and for the last 7 years teaching what I’ve learned.

I’ve found that I love helping active individuals gain flexibility and improve their range of motion. So that you can continue doing all the things you love with less pain and more fun

I’m a former collegiate athlete and am no stranger to injury and pain. After one too many shoulder and hip mishaps, I knew it was time to slow down. Yoga taught me to appreciate rest as a necessary tool, and now I know that it is the key to balancing my active lifestyle.

Okay now back to what my classes are like and what you’ll learn when you come in for one

My classes often focus on mobility tips that free up sticky joints, stretches that alleviate tight muscles, breathing, and meditation techniques that balance the mind so that you get a chance to slow down and relax.

I welcome beginners to seasoned yogis alike by using inclusive language, detailed cues, and improvisational humor.

Public Practice

Public Practices focus on physical movements that enhance mobility.

You can expect to move in a slow challenging manner so that you build a sweat and learn to embrace challenges with confidence.

Class sizes are designed to be small so that you get detailed attention and your needs get noticed.

Sequencing is Hatha-inspired & is based on the general abilities of the group.

Slow + Rest

When you join a Public Practice you’ll get adequate time to slow down and rest so that you uncover the wisdom of breathing & meditation

If you are familiar with athletics you might already understand the great benefits of mind training.

Practicing breath & meditation helps to build a resilience and strong mind

so that you can manage life even at its toughest moments with confidence & an open heart.
